Introduction

New best-in-class offices for Bristol supporting the city’s economic growth and social fabric

Royal London Asset Management Property has submitted the planning application for Distillery which will deliver new best-in-class offices centred around a transformational new urban park, completing the last major phase of this mixed-use urban quarter on Temple Way.

The submission follows extensive engagement as part of the pre-application planning process with Bristol City Council, a variety of stakeholders and the local community to understand how the plans could benefit a range of businesses, upskill local people, deliver economic growth and revitalise the area.

RLAMP’s investment in Bristol will attract and retain high quality jobs in the city and complete the revitalisation of the area.

We look forward to continuing our work with communities, organisations and businesses and exploring opportunities to maximise positive social impact to deliver a high-quality business campus in central Bristol.

Development phases

Completing the Distillery masterplan

An earlier phase of development delivered a mix of offices (Distillery 1 & 2) and a hotel (Leonardo).

The next phase of development will complete the Distillery masterplan by delivering two modern office buildings (Distillery 3 & 4), centred around a transformational new urban park. Distillery 4 will feature an F&B retail use (café or restaurant) at ground floor. RLAMP has also recently completed the restoration (to shell) of the listed Printers Devil Public House on Broad Plain, with the aim of bringing this iconic building back into beneficial use (possibly as a wine bar / restaurant), further building a unique sense of place at Distillery.
