A welcoming space for office workers and local residents in Bristol

Bristol needs new best-in-class office space. We are proposing two new sustainable office buildings on Temple Way and want to know what the city thinks about the plans.

One office building (Distillery 3) would deliver a HQ for a larger corporate business while another building (Distillery 4) will provide more flexible use for medium scale businesses or co-working.

This investment in Bristol will attract and retain high quality jobs in the city and complete the revitalisation of this area. As well as our bricks and mortar investment, we will be working with local communities and city wide organisations to provide opportunities for local people to access skills, training and support.
